They will tell you to rent a storage space and get all of your personal items out of the house – period! There is no arguing with these people, they want that house completely void of any remnants of you that don’t absolutely have to be there. They will tell you if your sofa is ugly and to get rid of it, they’ll supply one. They will tell you if your dining set is too large and to get rid of it, they’ll supply one. They will absolutely tell you to take down the family portraits and the china dolls you have collected for years and get rid of them. Listen to them, they know what they are doing.
